About China Three Gorges University
Situated in Yichang city, a comparably small town in Hubei province, around 400 Indian students are studying MBBS in China at this well known China Three Gorges University. The city is situated at around 2 hour of travel from the fastest growing city of Central China, Wuhan and is extremely famous for the tourists floating for all year around. There are more than 8,000 Indian students currently studying MBBS in China spread across more than 45 universities. Out of this, China Three Gorges University alone has more than 450 Indian students studying at various levels. There are 6 hospitals spread across Hubei province which are affiliated with China Three Gorges University. The number of hospital beds is totalling to around 5,500 with huge patients flow. The university rules for the students pursuing MBBS in China for completion of medical internship experience is not mandatory to be completed in China. The Indian students at China Three Gorges University can return to India for their internship in their 6th year saving the fees of the last year. However, many of the students continue to do their 1 year of practical experience in China hospitals due to the high quality infrastructure and laboratory and research work apart from huge patients flow at the hospital allows them have fantastic practical experience arranged and offered by China Three Gorges University.

ELIGIBILITY OF ADMISSION
The eligibility criteria for Indian student to study MBBS in China and that too at this top medical college of China are too difficult. In 2015, the number of seats had come down from 120 to only 60 seats for China Three Gorges University and only the early applicants from India are able to get the medical seat to this study MBBS in top medical college in China.

APPLICATION DEADLINE
The last date to apply for a Medical seat to study at top medical college in China for MBBS program is 30th June every year. However, the seats are allocated on the first cum first served basis among the applicants who qualify as per the eligibility criteria. Accordingly, due to the high demand of the MBBS in general and this university being famous among Indian students already, the seats are filled up before 15th of June itself. The admissions interviews must for the students and conducted by China Three Gorges University are generally stopped after 15thJune due to the heavy rush of the applications.
HOW TO RESERVE THE SEAT?
Due to high demand among the applicants, We has a much more simplified system of Admission. You can now reserve your medical seat in China from 1st April to 15th May withoutpaying any service charge to our for arranging the admission to this MCI approved top medical college in China. The student and the parent can choose China Three Gorges University, simply pay the non refundable University application fees amounting to US$ 200 (Around Rs. 13,000) and ensure the admission subject to the condition that your academic shall math with the eligibility criteria set by the university.
The admission letter would be issued with “money back” Guarantee on 2 conditions for these early reservations:
- Submit your 12th level transcripts matching the university eligibility criteria before 15th June
- Submit your passport copy before 15th
The admission in India would continue till end of July and you would miss a chance to study MBBS at this top medical university at low cost in case you have not reserved the medical seat. Last year, out of the 30 medical seats at China Three Gorges University for Indian students, around 26 seats were reserved and 4 seats were given to the students who applied after 1st June.

APPLICATION PROCESS
The application process is smoothly taken care by our Admission office from 1st of May, 2016 the whole process would be available for the students on-line. You would be able to apply for the admission at prestigious China Three Gorges University or reserve the seat by submitting the documents (scanned copies).
The documents required would be:
- 10th , 11th and 12th level transcripts
- 12th Passing certificate
- Digital photograph
- Passport copy (At reservation stage, an Aadhar card is acceptable)
- University application fees (on-line or Off line).
- Letter of recommendation from high school / Junior college HOD / teacher
- Our registration form duly filled and signed
Out of 30 medical seats, We can place the first eligible 10 students and then admission system which is directly linked to the university would close automatically. You would have to go through a “Skype” interview for this university before admission letter is issued.
On getting the admission letter, the student would have to pay US$ 1,500 (Rs. 100,000) towards advance fees for the first year directly to China Three Gorges University within 15 days of receipt of the admission letter. In case the fees are not paid, the admission will be treated as cancelled. This condition is put for the students to choose the admission only if they wish to go and not just apply. On payment of this advance fees, We would arrange for the invitation letter from the Ministry of Education, China issued from Beijing in favour of the student (JW 202 Form) so that the student can be issued the required Visa. The advance fees paid would not be refundable once the student has been allotted the seat.

You are requested to keep all your documents scanned and ready for submission on your PC desktop to start the process.
